David G. Hunt David G. Hunt, MCR, CCIM, SIOR is president. He has been involved with the rental, sale and appraisal of industrial and commercial real estate, primarily on Long Island, New York, since 1973. Mr. Hunt founded Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. in January, 1981 as an industrial and commercial consulting and brokerage firm. The aggregate value of commercial and industrial properties he has leased or sold in the New York Metro Area exceeds half a billion dollars. Both the firm, and Mr. Hunt, individually, have been named as a Top 20 Power Broker, by The Costar Group and Real Estate Forum Magazine. Mr. Hunt received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech. He also holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from Corenet International, the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He is one of only three brokers on Long Island to hold all three prestigious designations. He is also a graduate of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and has been a guest lecturer for the CW Post Real Estate Institute. To contact David G. Hoblin, Jr. CCIM is a partner and Senior Managing Director. He has been in the industry since 1980, and in the last dozen years has been doing high level corporate representation throughout the country. Mr. Hoblin has concentrated in the national and corporate arena, negotiating transactions from Maine to Florida and out to the Mid-West. Notable transactions have included the sale of a 500,000 square foot warehouse to Lenox China in Hagerstown, MD; the sale of a 220,000 square foot office building to the Town of Brookhaven on behalf of Allstate Insurance, in Farmingville, NY; the lease of a 145,000 square foot warehouse in Jacksonville, FL and a 120,000 square foot warehouse in Mobile, AL to US Lumber; and several hundred thousand square feet of office leases primarily for Allstate Insurance and Progressive Insurance. Mark Fischl Mark Fischl is a partner and Senior Managing Director. Prior to Hunt Corporate Services, Mr. Fischl has served as vice president of a real estate company with full management control of 1.5 million square feet of buildings. Notable transactions include the purchase of a 385,000 square foot building from Northrop Grumman in Bethpage, NY; the sale of 285,000 square feet to Plainview Properties in Plainview, NY; the lease of 120,000 square feet to Publishers Clearing House in Syosset, NY; and a long term land lease of 9 acres to Stop & Shop for redevelopment in Farmingdale, NY. In that capacity he also managed a $35 million environmental trust at the Liberty Industrial Finishing Superfund site on Long Island. He has also served as vice president and partner of a full service commercial contracting company. Mr. Fischl is the former president of the American Platform Tennis Association and was responsible for national growth and the regulation of platform tennis. Dennis Doyle Dennis Doyle is Senior Managing Director. He has over 20 years of experience and specializes in corporate real estate, facilities management, real estate acquisition, property management, space planning, design and construction management of commercial interiors, nationwide. Prior to Hunt Corporate Services, Mr. Doyle has served as vice president of a leading vision care company and was responsible for the design, planning and construction of 30+ national optical retail locations annually to an existing chain of 500+ locations throughout the US. Christa Cherney Christa Cherney is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all internal operations of the company. Mrs.Cherney oversees all aspects of finance, human resources, information technology, and administration for the firm. Mrs. Cherney has many years of management experience, including Customer Service Manager of a large mortgage firm. Mrs. Cherney received her bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware and holds a New York State Real Estate License.
