HUNT has been appointed exclusive marketing agent to handle the leasing of a new 106,500 flex building in Plainview by Anton Cerrone Associates.  The building is presently being renovated and occupancy is slated for January, 2003.  The building can be divided into suites as small as 10,000 square feet.
Diebold, Inc. has leased 14,087 square feet at 265 Executive Drive in Plainview.  Only 8,503 square feet remains available in this project by Anton Cerrone Associates.
As exclusive representative of Westbury Industrial Ventures, HUNT has long-term leased the 55,000 square foot building located at 1200 Prospect Avenue, Westbury,  to New York Blood Services.
As exclusive agent for Rolling Hills Realty, HUNT has leased 10,000 square feet of space to GarageTek. It will be used as headquarters and a training center for this national franchisor of garage storage systems.
Great American Realty has purchased the 54,800 square foot building located at 1015 Grand Boulevard in Deer Park.  The building is fully leased to four tenants.  HUNT exclusively represented the seller, Grand Boulevard Associates in the transaction.
As exclusive agent for Spectro Lume, Inc., HUNT has sold a 5,500 square foot office condominium at 1 School Street in Glen Cove to Crowe, Deegan & Dickson.  The law firm is more than tripling the size of its office space with the move.
As an exclusive buyer's agent for King Kullen Grocery Co, Inc., HUNT arranged the acquisition a building in West Babylon for construction and store services.
Contract Pharmacal has leased an additional 21,184 square feet of warehouse space at 65 Commerce Drive in Hauppauge.  HUNT exclusively represented the landlord, Bally Realty Holdings, in the transaction.  Contract Pharmacal has its headquarters and manufacturing facilities nearby.
As a buyers agent for C & C Homecare, Inc., HUNT arranged the purchase of a 30,360 square foot building located at 185 Express Street in Plainview.
HUNT represented both the landlord and tenant in the long term lease of 16,000 square feet of office and warehouse space for Music Industries at 625 Locust Street, Garden City...HUNT also represented the landlord, Rolling Hills Properties, in the lease of 13,040 square feet of space in the same building to Voice Solutions and 9,455 square feet to Tele-Tech.
As exclusive agent for Temple Avodah and the Union Reform Temple of Freeport, HUNT successfully marketed and sold the former Temple at 475 North Brookside Avenue in Freeport/Bellmore to Centro Christiano.
HUNT has leased a 17,000 square foot industrial building located at at 257 East Second Street in Mineola to Max USA, as exclusive agent for the owner, Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc..

As a buyer’s representative, HUNT represented Newman Design Group in the purchase of new offices at 210 West Rogue’s Path in Huntington.
King Kullen Grocery Co., Inc. has purchased a 60,000 square foot office building at 185 Central Avenue in Bethpage and relocated their corporate headquarters. HUNT located the site and acted as consultant to King Kullen in the transaction.
Anton-Cerrone Associates has nearly finished the reconstruction and modernization of a 50,000 square foot building at 175 Central Avenue in Farmingdale.  HUNT was retained to market the property as a high technology center and has leased 12,500 feet to ICON Laboratories, and 25,000 square feet to Carrier/Bryant Air Conditioning.
On behalf of Meadowbrook Realty, HUNT has leased the entire third floor of the office building located at 66 Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights to North Shore Anesthesia Associates.
On behalf of R&J Realty, HUNT has leased 4,050 square feet to THC Realty Development (also represented by HUNT as a tenant agent in the transaction) and 1,980 square feet to Ace Payroll Service, both at 1211 Stewart Avenue in Bethpage.
