David G. Hunt
David G. Hunt, MCR, CCIM, SIOR is the President and CEO of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. and Hunt Construction Services, Inc., both located in Plainview, New York.

Mr. Hunt began his career in industrial and commercial real estate in 1973, and specializes in representing commercial clients exclusively.  Assignments take the firm nationwide, but their primary focus is Long Island, NY.   The Hunt construction company facilitates construction and maintenance services for the firm’s family of clients.

The Hunt real estate practice has represented transactions with well over a billion dollars in aggregate value. Mr. Hunt and his firm have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including Top 20 Power Broker designation by the Costar Group and Real Estate Forum magazine, and Broker of the Year by Long Island Business News.

Mr. Hunt received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech in 1973.  He has also earned a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from Corenet International, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute.  He also holds an SIOR designation obtained from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which places him in the top 4% of real estate professionals in the world.  Mr. Hunt is one of the few professionals in the United States to hold all three designations.  He is also a graduate of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, has been a lecturer at the CW Post Real Estate Institute and named to the Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate (Who's Who – David G. Hunt).

Mr. Hunt is published in the New York Real Estate Journal with a monthly column that has run for over 10 years.  He is also a Platinum author with Ezine, with over 100 articles regarding commercial real estate to his name.

Mr. Hunt earned the Eagle Scout rank in 1967, and today serves as a Vice President and an Executive Board member of Suffolk County Council, Boy Scouts of America.  He has received both the Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award and the District Award of Merit.  He has coached over 100 Scouts to Eagle Scout rank, and also serves as a District Advancement Chair, overseeing the advancement of 2,200 Scouts.

Mr. Hunt and his wife, Judith, live in Northport, NY.  Both are ordained interfaith ministers, specializing in adult and adolescent spiritual counseling, inspirational talks and interfaith ceremonies.  Their son, Dr. Jonathan Hunt, and his wife, live in San Leandro, California.

David G. Hunt, Platinum Author

John F. Hoblin, Jr.
John F. Hoblin, Jr. CCIM is Senior Managing Director. He has been in the real estate industry since 1980, and in the last dozen years has been doing high level corporate representation throughout the country. Mr. Hoblin has concentrated in the national and corporate arena, negotiating transactions from Maine to Florida and out to the Mid-West. Notable transactions have included the sale of a 500,000 square foot warehouse to Lenox China in Hagerstown, MD; the sale of a 220,000 square foot office building to the Town of Brookhaven on behalf of Allstate Insurance, in Farmingville, NY; the lease of a 145,000 square foot warehouse in Jacksonville, FL and a 120,000 square foot warehouse in Mobile, AL to US Lumber; and several hundred thousand square feet of office leases primarily for Allstate Insurance and Progressive Insurance.

Mr. Hoblin holds the Certified Commercial Investment Memberdesignation from the CCIM Institute.

Thomas J. Hanik

Thomas J. Hanik is a Senior Managing Director at Hunt Corporation Services, Inc. He has been in the real estate industry for over thirteen years with a concentration on title insurance. He also specializes in commercial real estate analysis, development, finance, valuation and project management.

Mr. Hanik received a Master of Science Real Estate from New York University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.

When not working or involved with family obligations, Mr. Hanik enjoys golf, and working out. He is involved with his local church and is active in networking.

Robert A. Ciurleo
Robert Ciurleo is a Senior Managing Partner at Hunt Construction Services, Inc. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1987. As a partner at Plaza Realty, a commercial property management, maintenance and general contracting firm, his experience included managing a portfolio of retail shopping centers owned by a major supermarket chain. Mr. Ciurleo has also served as Construction Manager for a wide variety of projects such as: the complete interior demolition and renovation of a 30,000 square foot specialty supermarket; the ground-up construction of a four-story 44,000 square foot, condominium complex in the heart of the village of Rockville Centre, NY; and the complete interior demolition and renovation of a 100,000 square foot industrial building in Melville, NY, which included three turn-key tenant build-outs as well as site work.

Christa Cherney
Christa Cherney is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all internal operations of the company. Mrs.Cherney oversees all aspects of finance, human resources, information technology and administration for the firm. Mrs. Cherney has many years of management experience, including Customer Service Manager of a large mortgage firm. Mrs. Cherney received her bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware and holds a New York State Real Estate Brokers License.

Chuck Syage

Chuck Syage has been in the commercial real estate industry on Long Island since 1989.

His career has mostly involved Office and Industrial transactions in both sales and leasing, representing sellers and landlords as well as buyers and tenants.

He is well versed in Investment Property transactions as well as representing national firms for retail site locations.

His professional achievements are attributed to simply helping clients align their real estate needs with their business strategy and subsequently helping them increase revenues, cut expenses and improve overall efficiency.  Mr. Syage has implemented this practice while continually searching for win/win solutions for both sides of the transaction.

Mr. Syage received his Bachelors Degree from Ithaca College in NY, Property Exchange Designation in 1991 and his Brokers License in 2005.

In his spare time he enjoys skiing Vermont and the Rockies, motorcycle trips from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale and his book and music library.

Andy Dorman

Andy Dorman is a Senior Director.  Mr. Dorman, a 20-year-veteran of commercial real estate industry has played a key role in the US government’s office building expansion into Northern Virginia in the 1990s and represented the government’s largest landlord Vornado Realty Trust, and later won Broker of the Year for the sale of an indoor mall to Target.

In Nassau and Suffolk, he negotiated the sale of office buildings and industrial and in 2012, brokered the $10.9 million sale of the Claremont Hotel In Roslyn. Mr. Dorman has leased or sold tens of thousands of square feet of buildings and land. He’s been a catalyst for identifying commercial market segments and launching successful advertising and marketing campaigns. He has successfully worked with such national account clients such as AT&T, Berkshire-Hathaway, Verizon, Lucent Technologies, Lockheed Martin, Pizza Hut, Burger King, The Washington Post, Subway Sandwich Shops, Browning-Ferris Industries, Enterprise Rental Cars, Kendall-Jackson Wine Company, and Carolina Furniture.
